ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. During collection launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Panama, and other eligible countries.

FREE SHIPPING

United States:
Complimentary shipping on orders over USD $500.

For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Additional free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be communicated through our website.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

CUSTOMS DELAYS

Emuna is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import procedures, or governmental authorities.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and checking with neighbors, building management, or local delivery offices.

Emuna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation has been issued by the carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Emuna is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
